V7Lancers never thought of building a business. We built people and now the business is on its way. We took the first step with faith. We don’t have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step and suddenly started trusting the magic of beginnings. Making a big change requires effort, persistence and motivation. We just wanted to take our pain and turn it into something great and bettering out lives. We wish to be successful and so we have our heart in our business and our business in our heart. We made mistakes but never thought of quitting. March 13, 2017 – The first hello from V7Lancers! We believed that this start would lead to a million things. We are today here because we have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss and we have found our way out of depths. We had struggles but we continued to fight. Whenever struggles comes and goes as unwelcomed guests they also brought some fortunate gifts. The pain subsides and the gift remains. We usually never mind about our competitors and completely focused on our customers. We never took quick decisions and also we never made it too late. Right decisions, Right Time, Right gifts! That’s what we believed. During struggles, as a start up we slept like a baby, cried every two hours. But we never entertained those struggles as an end. We focused on being significant and the success naturally followed us. We build products on our ideas. Ideas don’t come out fully formed. They become clear only when you work on them. You just have to get started. We are tired of being in a relationship where we are not trusted only because we are not officially known. V7Lancers into a new venture – Officailly called as V7Lancers Technopark Private Limited – Dec 12, 2018 – There will never be a day like the day you are officially known to the world. We created purpose, we created business, we created customers who created new customers. We really cared our customers because we never wish them to see as someone else’s customer. We created an emotional connections entering into their hearts. The customers are the ones who indirectly pays for your food, clothes and vacations. We strive hard to be nice to them. We love working here. It’s a nice place to work. Now we look to the future because that is where we will spend the rest of our life. Our dreams are our wings!
